Job Description Summary

The Director RLT Account & Ecosystem serves as the strategic focal point for countries teams to get RLT center / account insights and value proposition development strengthening Novartiss position as the preferred RLT/RLI partner across international markets.

This role identifies RLT center needs and non-clinical barriers preventing Pluvicto/RLT adoption develops compelling business cases for solutions and owns strategic decision on solution development and implementation success. Enable faster and more efficient RLT center expansion and optimization by identifying and prioritizing barriers to focus (account readiness) supporting country teams to make data-driven decisions on center investments unlocking Pluvicto/RLT growth potential.

This role leads the evolution from transactional service delivery to a comprehensive B2B value partnership model with top-tier centers from Nuclear medicine center to systematic ecosystem dynamic positioning Novartis as the preferred RLT partner.


Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

Enable Faster & Efficient RLT Center Expansion:

  • Serve as strategic focal point for country HCS/account teams capturing center insights market dynamics and operational barriers that prevent faster center openings or optimal performance.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to systematically collect center insights including market research methodologies center assessment questionnaires and structured feedback mechanisms that identify barriers and opportunities across international markets.
  • Direct analytics teams to create economic models that demonstrate the business case for RLT center investment including ROI projections patient volume forecasts capacity planning tools and market segmentation frameworks that help countries prioritize expansion.
  • Build systematic frameworks for accelerating center openings including hyper-care programs for new centers onboarding checklists based on international learning and de-risking solutions (e.g. free cancellation policies startup support) that remove roadblocks.

Strategic Analysis & Recommendations:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on center network optimization providing strategic frameworks on optimal center footprint expansion priorities and capacity requirements needed to support Pluvicto/RLT growth targets.
  • Develop strategy with top countries that advance the countrys go-to-market (GtM) strategy toward an ecosystem modela systematic approach designed to optimize referral pathways enhance RLT center capacity eliminate clinical non-barriers and strengthen cross-functional collaboration at the territory level. This will maximize the commercial uptake of Pluvicto/RLT.
  • Rank and prioritize non-clinical barriersincluding competitive threats from RLT therapies operational inefficiencies capacity constraints and infrastructure gapsdeveloping business cases that justify solutions and resource allocation.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and center dynamics for RLT therapies tracking competitor positioning market share patterns and center preferences to inform strategic account plans and business case prioritization.
  • Present strategic frameworks business cases and implementation progress to senior leaders at International Regions and country General Managers demonstrating how center excellence initiatives drive commercial growth.

Drive Strategic Oversight & Capability Building:

  • Own strategic oversight of center excellence initiative implementation tracking adoption across countries monitoring performance against business cases and driving course corrections when outcomes dont meet expectations.
  • Partner with RLT Solution Director to translate center insights and business needs into clear solution requirements addressing real barriers and deliver measurable impact on center performance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Excellence/Orchestrator to monitor implementation progress through regular performance reviews providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions achieve business case targets.
  • Create capability-building modules to upskill country HCS/account teams including training programs on center economics account management best practices barrier assessment methodologies and B2B engagement strategies.
  • Drive cross-market learning by systematically capturing insights from high-performing countries documenting best practices and sharing proven approaches that accelerate center optimization and competitive positioning globally.

Evolve to Value Partnership:

  • Lead the strategic evolution from transactional service delivery to B2B value partnership model developing frameworks for differentiated engagement with Tier centers (Pareto principle) that position Novartis as preferred RLT partner.
  • Develop B2B engagement frameworks for Novartis RLT including customized contracting models innovation hub partnerships collaborative service agreements and co-creation initiatives that align Novartis capabilities with top center strategic priorities.
  • Identify top-performing centers (archetypes) and design tailored engagement strategies that address their unique needs competitive positioning requirements and growth ambitionscreating loyalty and preference for Pluvicto.
  • Lead proof-of-concept pilots with leading countries to test B2B models measure impact capture learnings and refine approaches before scaling proven models across international markets.

Essential Requirements:

  • 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience with proven track record in developing and executing successful account-based business models in pharmaceutical or medical device markets.

  • Strong operational experience at country level with deep understanding of customer engagement strategies account management and the commercial dynamics of complex healthcare provider relationships.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business case development including financial modeling ROI analysis market segmentation and translating operational insights into investment recommendations that drive executive decision-making.

  • Experience in oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals with understanding of treatment center operations physician referral networks and the operational complexities of delivering specialized therapies.

  • Proven ability to work with analytics teams and market research functions to design insight collection tools interpret complex data and convert findings into actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Track record of identifying operational barriers and developing compelling business cases that secure resources and drive organizational commitment to customer-centric solutions.

  • Strong strategic oversight and accountability mindset with experience tracking initiative implementation across multiple markets measuring outcomes against business cases and driving course corrections when needed.

  • Experience working across international markets with ability to understand diverse market dynamics facilitate proof-of-concept pilots capture cross-market learnings and scale proven approaches globally.
