To be successful in this role you will possess:
Understanding of the telco industry
3 years experience in accounts receivable or similar role (telco preferred)
Strong computer skills (Windows Office Outlook)
Excellent organisation and time management
Clear verbal and written communication
Resilient under pressure
Conflict resolution/debt collection experience (advantageous)
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Accurate record keeping and workflow management
Ability to:
Lead and solve problems
Work independently and in a team
Learn quickly and adapt

Manage endtoend collections across Residential Business E&G and Wholesale accounts
Exercise sound judgement and build crossfunctional relationships
Administer debt collection processes maintain DSO levels and escalate risks
Ensure accuracy of customer data in CMS NetSuite and reporting systems
Handle conflict resolution and act as escalation point for account disputes
Process customer payments allocations and receipting
Conduct credit checks within policy guidelines
Assist with account enquiries reconciliations refunds and debtrelated disputes
Support other tasks as required
