Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated team-building individuals to fill theFull Time Retail Store Manager position at our BAD AXE Store located at 780 N. Van Dyke in Bad Axe.
$50000 Salarywith MONTHLYBonus Potential!

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Developand implementstrategies to achieve monthly and yearly retail goals.
- Increasesales per square foot through proper pricing and appropriate quantity and quality of merchandise.
- Increasebottom-line contribution (revenue less expense) through retail program management and effective utilization of resources.
- Properly price display and maintain merchandise.
- Increase donations by serving donors through appropriate receiving handling and organizing of donated goods
- Hiring training retaining motivating and communicating with store employees.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3years management experience required.
- Minimum of 5years general retail production or customer service experience.
- Must have telephone access
- Must have access to a vehicle anda valid drivers license.
- Can you lift and carry35 pounds with or without help
- Can youreach bend or stoop
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day
- Ability to push pull and operate a pallet jack.
- Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Are youpleasant cheerful and professional
