About the role

This role leads the NDIS Specialist Services Business Team ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service to internal and external customers. It oversees all operational components of administration and business support maintaining business continuity in a fas- paced environment. The position also plays a key role in modelling organisational values supporting transformation and enabling high quality experiences for participants stakeholders and staff.

What youll be doing

You will provide clear direction and daily leadership to ensure the NDIS Business Services Team operates efficiently and effectively. You will manage performance supervise staff and contribute to continuous improvement across all business processes.

You will:

• Provide operational leadership to ensure efficient and effective business support
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support high quality service delivery
• Maintain strong communication with leadership colleagues to solve problems and improve processes
• Drive individual and team performance including recruitment supervision and performance conversations
• Support the teams career development goals and regular team meetings
• Ensure responsive and professional customer service in a fast paced environment

What were looking for

• Comprehensive understanding of NDIS plans Support Coordination and Behaviour Support
• Experience leading teams in customer service or call centre environments
• Ability to interpret call centre data statistics and best practice processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with computer and call management systems
• Highly organised task oriented and skilled in managing competing priorities
• Strong problem solving capability and the ability to work flexibly and adaptively
• Experience contributing to financial forecasting and reporting within service based environments
