Job Summary
Job Title: Travel LVN / LPN
Location: Columbia PA 17512
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: Traveler: $1700 weekly
Position Overview
The Travel LVN/LPN will support a patient-focused primary care setting that emphasizes population health risk reduction and improved clinical outcomes. This role includes both clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and document vital signs room patients and prepare them for exams and procedures.
Assist providers during exams and support patients throughout their visit.
Enter accurate clinical notes into the EHR.
Administer medications and manage patient calls per established protocols.
Perform phlebotomy administer vaccines (including flu shots) and complete biometric screenings.
Maintain exam room readiness and manage medical supply inventory.
Provide front and back office support including scheduling and patient check-in.
Apply strong communication critical thinking and clinical judgment independently.
Support patient wellness through health education and outreach activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience administering flu shots and performing biometric screenings.
Up to 2 years of clinical experience (<2 years).
