What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Oversee maintenance and reliability engineering tasks including the redesign upkeep and repair of utility systems buildings and equipment.
- Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
- Manage personal time and professional development being accountable for results.
- Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope sequence and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
- Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
- Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
- Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy quality and adherence to standards.
- Participate in multi-craft work activities assist with plant audits be involved in safety committee activities and follow all Environmental Health and Safety requirements and protocols.
- Track repair history of process support systems and equipment lead or participate in continuous improvement activities and make recommendations regarding improved machine performance.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Solid understanding of basic technical or functional disciplines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Background in Biopharma
- Specific Trade Certifications/Background: HVAC Pipe Fitting/Welding Electrical Controls
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Solid understanding of Food and Drug Administration PSM
- Experience with continuous improvement activities
- Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Job requires: Lifting (up to 75 lbs.) sitting standing walking bending ability to climb stairs & ladders ability to perform equipment troubleshooting/repairs.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to complete Aseptic gowning training ability to work 12-hour shifts ability to work in industrial environments including hot/cold temperatures.

The salary for this position ranges from $2819 to $4699 per addition this position offers eligibility for overtime weekend holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Companys policies.
