Join Dexcom as a leader in country-wide engagement regulatory compliance facilities management and brand creation within India. Youll drive cross-functional consistency develop operational plans and foster a culture of lean operational excellence. Where you come in:
- Youprovide country-wide engagement ensuring local regulatory compliance facilities management and creating Dexcoms brand within India.
- Youdrive cross-functional consistency across India.
- Youdevelop operations-related plans capacity budgets infrastructure safety regulations policies and procedures and measure performance ongoing.
- Youdrive process improvements through the definition of goals technologies and systems in conjunction with functional and/or matrix leaders.
- Youdevelop and sustain a culture of lean operational excellence.
- Yousupport the selection development and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient start-up and operation of the function.
- Youunderstand and support the local and regional cultures and norms.Youbecome connected with the community and act on Dexcoms behalf and best representation.Youmaintain harmony with the local government and communities.
- Youoperate effectively in a matrix environment.
What makes you successful:
- Youhave a bachelors degree with 17 years of industry experience.
- Your13 years of successful leadership experience in a relevant industry is essential.
- Youare effectively able to operate in a complex or matrix environment.
- Youdirect and control the activities of one or more functional areas divisions product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.
- Youconsistently work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.
- Yourthorough assessment of factors identifies and evaluates fundamental issues providing strategy and direction.
- Youunderstand that erroneous decisions will have a long-term effect on the companys success.

Experience and Education:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree with20 years of industry experience
- 10 years of successful managementexperience in relevant industry
