The role

As a Fleet Admin Coordinator youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll be providing vital administrative support while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance across the contract.

Day-to-day youll have the following responsibilities:

• Process rechargeable activities in line with business and customer processes ensuring all repairs are captured across workshops mobile technicians suppliers and parts.
• Liaise with customers on recharge submissions resolve queries and coordinate with the finance team on invoicing requirements.
• Manage evidence and submissions on SharePoint maintaining accurate records.
• Track monitor and escalate strategic vehicles within the LFB Fleet (CSU & Aerials) to ensure operational readiness.
• Review defect trends against planned events to minimize open slots and improve efficiency.

This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Ruislip West London.

Essential experience of the Fleet Admin Coordinator:

• Professional customer-focused and adaptable approach to work.
• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications for the Fleet Admin Coordinator:

• Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook etc.).

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance for this role.
