Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Granda Spain to lead and coordinate HR & Payroll implementation and service-delivery projects across Europe. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills experience in outsourcing environments and the ability to work effectively with international clients and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR & Payroll transformation and digitalization projects for Zalaris clients across various European countries.
- Coordinate project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Assess project feasibility to ensure alignment with schedules quality standards and budget requirements.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Payroll IT Operations) to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with local regulations and client-specific standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation reports and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and workflows.
Experience and education
- Proven Project Management experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing preferably with SAP HCM design implementation and migration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international setting.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong command in English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with project management tools experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.
- Ability to travel when required.
