About the Role
The BuildCam Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of BuildCam services including customer service field operations installation teams logistics coordination and stock control.
This leadership role is essential to service quality operational efficiency and the performance of the BuildCam division. You will lead our Customer Specialist Technicians and Installers to ensure safe professional and timely service delivery while driving continuous improvement in partnership with the General Manager.

About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- 35 years experience in operations management and leadership
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (desired)
- Exposure to the construction building or service delivery industry (highly advantageous)
- Strong operational capability across scheduling coordination and administration
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Microsoft Office and operational platforms
- Demonstrated experience improving workflows processes and operational efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced reactive high-volume environment
- A hands-on team-focused approach
