Shift available:

6:30 am 4:30 pm
4-day work week one weekend day required

As the nations first adoption and trauma specific residential treatment center we provide a supportive environment where we combine treatment with academics and adventure to help young people overcome challenges such as trauma family issues and mental health concerns.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Supervision:Support your team lead to oversee and support shift staff and mentors lead by example and recognize exceptional performance and share in all daily home operations.
Direct Client Support: Develop and foster trusting relationships with the Young Adults (17 20 years old) in our care providing mental health support and interventions to promote improved emotional management and teaching life skills important to this transitional stage of life.
Training and Development:Conduct ongoing training to continuously develop team members.
Performance and Discipline Management:Evaluate staff performance regularly and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Operations and Delegation:Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth shift operations and assist with shift coverage as needed.
Communication and Safety:Maintain effective communication during shift changes and ensure safety compliance through drills and protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Psychology Social Work or related field
Will accept High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3 years experience working in behavioral health or residential treatment settings.
Be at least 21 years old.
Combination of 1 -2 years prior management and/or RTC experience required
Prior Behavioral Health ExperienceREQUIRED
Valid drivers licenses for the state of employment and ability to be covered by organization insurance.
Have experience in a leadership role and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Complete CPR and SCM certification.
