Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate would be a highly skilled individual responsible for installing maintaining repairing and troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing plant. This role involves interpreting blueprints technical manuals aligning and assembling machinery performing preventive maintenance diagnosing mechanical issues and using precision tools to ensure accurate installation and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Fully embrace and participate in all QHSE programs in particular STOP intervention QHSE Observations Accident / Incident Reporting QHSE Auditing and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain and update Preventative maintenance records.
• Main liaison for 3rd Party Services personnel regarding maintenance jobs.
• Completing general maintenance works (electrical/plumbing)
• Control all lock out / tag out processes.
• General office maintenance
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Support on continual maintenance improvement programs.
• Attend and participate in all training provided by the Company and commit to all Management System changes approved by Management.
• Immediately stop all jobs where any defect/process failure/machine malfunction etc. is seen and report immediately to Line supervisor.

Requirements:

• Preference given to applicants with a Journeyman Millwright trade certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years experience.
• Electrical / Mechanical knowledge to support facility maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands / deadlines.
• Analyzing skills to identify areas of improvement.
• Able to take direction and complete assigned tasks timely.
• Good understanding and attitude towards HSE systems in the workplace.
