What youll do:
This Relationship Manager position will be focused on reviewing underwriting of credit and regulatory compliance on multiple types of consumer loans and being involved with multiple consumer lending projects while staying current with industrys regulations and will be a considerable amount of customer service and support for an existing portfolio of consumer loans.
- Review all consumer requests for credit following regulations policies and procedures. Oversee and guide staff on accurately reviewing credit requests. Involvement with multiple projects to ensure continued process improvement in consumer lending.
- Manage current loan portfolio to ensure banks risk exposure remains low
- Train retail staff on consumer loan product features functionality and benefits. Proper handling of applications and closings. Work with other areas of the bank to ensure high level of customer service
- Various tasks as deemed necessary for the department to work effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years consumer lending experience preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentwhile maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong accounting analytical problem solving and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

The estimated salary range for this role is $59000-$77000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
