Location/Division Specific Information
This role is based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and is part of the Middle East Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific. You will report directly to the General Manager Saudi Arabia.

A day in the Life:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules across global teams
- Coordinate high-priority travel logistics and leadership meetings
- Prepare executive correspondence and presentations
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Keys to Success:
Your ability to anticipate needs manage complexity and collaborate across teams will be crucial. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally organized proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Communications or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives ideally in a multinational or highly regulated industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and timelines with integrity
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
- High attention to detail and resilience under pressure
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role may require occasional travel. The work environment is dynamic fast-paced and involves collaboration with diverse teams.
