MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Activities team at Gray Birch. This role supports residents by assisting with personal care needs and helping implement daily activities that promote social emotional and physical engagement.

Position: CNA - Activities Assistant
Location: Gray Birch Augusta
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift: Days
What Youll Do:
- Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN. Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Assists patients with performing group activities. Encourages involvement and contributes to maintaining patient and staff safety.
- Assists with planning setup and cleanup of patient group activities.
- Operates a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business.
What You Bring:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Maine
- Valid Maine Drivers License with an acceptable driving record required
- A caring attitude and strong communication skills
