Job Description

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for analyzing designing coding testing and enhancing complex modules and web applications within an enterprise environment. This role includes modernizing application components integrating with existing systems and adhering to organizational security and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze design code and test enhancements to complex system modules.

• Develop enhance and maintain web applications supporting large-scale IT systems.

• Review existing programs design logic for new systems and create flowcharts and documentation.

• Conduct coding testing and debugging activities.

• Develop data conversion strategies and system implementation plans.

• Prepare maintain and obtain approvals for system and programming documentation.

• Create and design new database schemas for data persistence in new applications.

• Ensure compliance with established security frameworks system architecture and Salesforce design standards.

• Integrate with mainframe systems external document services and existing web services; create new services as required.

Candidate Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (Text Format)

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Salesforce Implementation Experience: 8 years of experience implementing Salesforce systems.

• Salesforce Functional & Application Design: At least 5 years of experience designing Salesforce platform solutions.

• Salesforce Certifications:

  • Admin 201 Required

  • Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Required

  • Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Preferred

• Salesforce Administration & Configuration: 5 years of experience (including Sites Security CORS Connected Apps etc.).

• Analytical & Coding Skills: At least 8 years of proven experience.

• Salesforce Development Tools & Technologies:

  • 5 years with Apex Lightning Components Visualforce Workflows Triggers REST API

  • 5 years building Lightning Web Components Flows Triggers REST API

• Experience Cloud: 8 years designing and building Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years working with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards including exporting reporting and publishing.

• 5 years working with Salesforce Sandboxes Integrations and Application Development.
