In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide administrative and operational support for inventory management logistics coordination and organizational updates.
• Assist in data consolidation reporting and preparation of planning materials.
• Document updates changes and approvals accurately in line with company standards.
• Maintain and update company platforms such as SharePoint site updates list management and document libraries.
• Support workflow automation and simple app updates using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies data privacy confidentiality and information security standards.
• Assist with offboarding activities including data validation system updates and coordination with HR/IT for timely completion.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Technology or related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in administrative support operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Microsoft platform tools (SharePoint Power Automate Power Apps) is a plus.
