Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and driven team of professionals.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of all Group PMO Hub India administration activities enabling the team to focus on delivering impactful results. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including coordinating interviews managing schedules and supporting event planning and much more.
Youll specifically take care of organizing travel arrangements and maintaining records but also supporting the Group PMO Hub Director with confidential administrative duties.
Well look to you for:
Coordinating new hire interview schedules and tracking hiring status for Group PMO Hub India
Welcoming and assisting interview candidates guests or vendors
Maintaining Group PMO schedules room bookings and preparing meeting rooms
Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries for team members and global guests
Raising purchase order requests and following up on bills and settlements
Preparing agendas collecting materials for meetings and maintaining organized records
Performing data reporting for Group PMO KPIs and small team analysis
Providing confidential administrative support to the Group PMO Hub Director

Bachelors degree
Proven experience as an administrator in an international corporate setting with 7 years as an Executive Assistant to Directors or above
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in event management (remote or in-person)
Proficiency in SAP systems for purchase order input and follow-up
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
A proactive flexible and reliable attitude
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
