Job Summary

The Own Brand team within STARK Group Sourcing is on an exciting journey to build competitive and trusted Own Brands. We are now looking for a dedicated Business Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring profitability through robust business cases performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Your Impact What You Will Do
Collaborate with analysts and Own Brand Managers to define and execute category strategies.
Develop and maintain a performance management platform for Own Brand products enabling Category Managers to identify opportunities and secure profitability.
Establish best practices for analyzing and communicating KPIs across the organization.
Contribute to new analytics tools and solutions that enhance decision-making across the Group.
Support and monitor projects including new product launches.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses and executive power point presentations to enable strategic decisions.

Who We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
13 years experience in data analysis and visualization (Excel Power BI PowerPoint) either full-time or as a student employee.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication skills and openness to stakeholder management.
Proactive curious and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English which is our corporate language.
