We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to play the Business Analyst role with 2-3 years of relevant experience in core insurance systems implementations. The ideal candidate will have some experience or interest in understanding how solutions meet business needs helping to translate those needs into clear functional designs writing simple functional documents or user stories and supporting the identification of testing scenarios for later use.
In this role your responsibilities would include:
- Fit-Gap analysis: Assist in analyzing current systems to find differences between what exists and what is needed. Work with team members and stakeholders to learn about business needs and help make sure solutions support overall goals.
- Writing Solution Specification: Help create clear and simple descriptions of how the system should work using functional designs and user stories. Make sure the documents are easy to understand and describe what the business requires.
Qualifications :
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in core P&C insurance systems implementations acting as a business analyst.
- Proven track record in fit-gaps analysis and writing solution specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira Zephyr etc.) is a plus.
- Experience exercising the role in the context of market-relevant core P&C insurance solutions (e.g. IDIT/TIA from Sapiens Guidewire IBA Duck Creek etc).
- Must be proficient in English additionally proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred.
Place of work is Copenhagen so residency in Denmark or Sweden and located in proximity of Copenhagen is preferred.
