Job Description
The Project Manager III plays a dual role in enabling both data-driven decisions and end-to-end program visibility to support the External Manufacturing and Product Cost teams. This role bridges analytics and program management to optimize product margins.
The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and operationally disciplinedable to navigate large datasets handle cross-functional inputs and support clear communication across executive and project teams.
Location: On-site role in Morrisville NC. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check which includes a drug screening.
What you will do
- Provide end-to-end visibility of product costs program health consolidating metrics milestones and updates into a single source of truth.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure program checkpoints timelines and scope are met with budget alignment.
- Prepare inputs and analysis for steering committee meetings executive updates and performance dashboards.
- Track and monitor key actions business performance targets and follow-ups to support risk mitigation and closure of execution gaps.
- Act as a liaison with business leadership to escalate risks validate solutions and maintain alignment.
- Capture and institutionalize lessons learned and best practices to enhance organizational capability and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or a related field.
- 2 years of project or program management experience.
- 2 years of experience in analytics.
- Strong Excel PowerPoint and data visualization skills (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
- Analytical Thinking: Able to validate and interpret large multi-source datasets into actionable insights.
- Results Orientation: Delivers measurable outcomes by combining data communication and execu
- Builds trust with cross-functional and global teams; ensures alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Capable of creating executive-ready deliverables and communicating technical information clearly.
- Agility- Thrives in fast-paced evolving environments; can navigate ambiguity and lead structured progress.
