What you will do:

  • Develop detailed HVAC project plans including timelines tasks and resource requirements.

  • Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively.

  • Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Track HVAC project progress and identify potential delays or issues.

  • Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.

  • Checking quality of documents.

  • Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence.

  • Monitoring processes.

  • Setting up project filling systems.

  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

How you will do it:

  • Scheduling and Monitoring:

    • Maintain and update project schedules ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify any deviations.

    • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.

  • Resource Management:

    • Allocate resources (personnel equipment etc.) to project tasks.

    • Monitor resource utilization and ensure efficient allocation.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project plans.

    • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders.

    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess potential risks to the project.

    • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

  • Budget Management:

    • Assist in developing and managing the project budget.

    • Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.

What we look for:

  • Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in HVAC Project

  • Excel Word and Project essential

  • Require interaction with clients consultants and sub-contractors etc.

  • Need to work odd hours as and when required whenever the work need to be done on time

  • Possessing knowledge of Primavera P6is required
