What you will do:
Develop detailed HVAC project plans including timelines tasks and resource requirements.
Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track HVAC project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
Checking quality of documents.
Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence.
Monitoring processes.
Setting up project filling systems.
Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
How you will do it:
Scheduling and Monitoring:
Maintain and update project schedules ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify any deviations.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources (personnel equipment etc.) to project tasks.
Monitor resource utilization and ensure efficient allocation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project plans.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks to the project.
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
Budget Management:
Assist in developing and managing the project budget.
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
What we look for:
Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in HVAC Project
Excel Word and Project essential
Require interaction with clients consultants and sub-contractors etc.
Need to work odd hours as and when required whenever the work need to be done on time
Possessing knowledge of Primavera P6is required
