The position
As a Project/Program Specialistyou will:
- Support the execution of commercial tactical plans ensuring accuracy in all marketing plan updates.
- Manage the day-to-day project workflows within the Adobe Workfront system.
- Oversee the hand-off between Workfront and other systems like Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Ensure effective resource allocation in projects particularly when conflicting priorities arise.
- Communicate marketing plan updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional projects cutting across different job families ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimised.
- Create effective and transparent systems structures and processes to ensure clarity and order in project execution.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Need to have:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Project or Account Management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront software to manage projects.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on accuracy and detailed plan execution.
- An execution-focused mindset capable of supporting commercial tactical planning.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
