Job Summary

Are you a strategic and creative marketing professional who wants to make a real difference for children and young people across Victoria The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare is the peak body for child and family services in Tasmania and Victoria.

We proudly represent over one hundred and fifty organisations and work to improve the lives of children young people and families through advocacy sector development and evidence informed practice. We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Campaign Lead to guide the statewide Fostering Connections campaign. This role plays a key part in raising awareness of foster care increasing enquiries from prospective carers and supporting agencies across Victoria to reach and engage the right audiences.

About the role

The Marketing and Campaign Lead drives all marketing and campaign activity for Fostering Connections including strategy creative direction digital experience and multi channel campaign delivery. You will lead the full campaign lifecycle ensuring all activity is culturally safe insight driven and aligned with sector priorities. You will oversee digital and traditional advertising website management content and collateral development events and partnership activity. Working closely with creative and media agencies you will ensure strong brand stewardship and support clear consistent messaging across the system.

A key part of this role is partnering with foster care agencies the Department and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to strengthen campaign reach and impact statewide.

About you

You will bring strong experience in:

  • Strategy development and campaign leadership
  • Creative briefing asset production and multi channel delivery
  • Digital platforms user experience and website management
  • Translating market research and audience insights into effective strategies
  • Working with creative and media agencies Building genuine relationships across community government and the sector
  • Project management and reporting
  • A commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practice is essential.
