Shop Hours: M-F: 8AM - 6PM CST
Earn: $40 - $50 Flag Rate
Position Summary
As an A-Level Automotive Technician youll play a critical role in our shops success. Youll complete complex repairs and services perform thorough inspections and help identify additional needs to keep our customers vehicles safe and reliable. This position requires expertise precision and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate high-quality repairs and services on customer vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend necessary repairs and services.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and occasionally with customers.
- Assist with quality control checks and maintain a clean safe shop environment.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive collaborative culture.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth shop operations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training.
- ASE Certifications (A1A8) preferred; willingness to work toward Master ASE status.
- 609 Certification.
- Valid U.S. drivers license and insurability under company policy.
- Advanced diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools computers and repair software.
- Must own a complete set of up-to-date tools for A-level repairs.
