Salary: $36000 per year
Benefits: 3 weeks paid time off after 1 year
Manhattan Ford and Manhattan Hyundai are looking for a reliable detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean safe and professional environment in our dealerships.
Position Overview:
The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the showroom offices restrooms service areas and common spaces. This role is essential to keeping our facilities looking their best for both customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and office areas
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors
Remove trash and replace liners
Clean windows and glass surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of showroom and customer areas
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
Ensure all areas meet dealership cleanliness standards
What We Offer:
$3000 per month salary

Requirements:
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently
