The role:

We are seeking a visionaryLead Integration Architectto drive the modernization of our enterprise integration landscape. This role will be instrumental in shaping future-ready integration strategies and patterns leveraging cloud-native technologiesprimarily AWSand collaborating with diverse business units to understand current systems and deliver scalable secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Architecture:

  • Define and lead the modernization of integration architecture moving from legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Axway IBM AIP AWS native services).

• Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders across Corporate Commercial Supply Chain and Digital domains to assess current integration needs and future requirements.
  • Mentor and guide integration architects and engineers across the team.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful implementation.

• Technical Execution:

  • Design and implement scalable secure and high-performing integrations using AWS services (e.g. Lambda API Gateway EventBridge SQS/SNS Step Functions).
  • Ensure compliance with security governance and data privacy standards.
  • Support migration efforts during TSA exit and platform consolidation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS integration services and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare pharma).
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Professional) is a plus
• Understanding of integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Axway IBM App Connect MQ ITX DataStage)..
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Solid digital/technical skills foundation
• Customer centric and empathetic
• Objective/outcome driven
• Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and global senior leadership
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
