Job Summary

As an Enterprise Senior Business Development you will be responsible for generating new enterprise meetings through outbound prospecting. You will call directly into strategic enterprise accounts and book meetings with the heads of network operations and related senior leaders at major Fortune 500 companies.

This role requires confidence grit persistence and the ability to communicate with high-level executives. You will own your outbound motion end-to-end.

This is a highly visible role where your performance directly impacts pipeline and company growth.

What You Will Do

Enterprise Outbound Prospecting

  • Call into senior decision makers such as heads of network operations at major enterprise accounts

  • Book 5-6 qualified meetings per month

  • Work on a focused account list of strategic enterprises

  • Drive high volume outbound activity through calls emails and sequences

  • Quickly articulate the companys value proposition and connect pain points to outcomes

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting

Direct Pipeline Generation

  • Create new business meetings that will be handed to sales

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound strategy

  • Identify new buying centers and new enterprise targets

Executive Level Communication

  • Confidently engage Fortune 500 leaders

  • Adapt your messaging based on role company and industry

  • Build credibility quickly through clarity professionalism and strong positioning

Conference and Event Support

  • Attend key conferences with the team

  • Drive follow-up outreach to event leads

  • Book meetings from event activity and partner introductions


Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of experience in outbound enterprise sales roles

  • Proven track record in booking meetings with enterprise leaders

  • Fearless cold caller with confidence in speaking to directors VPs and senior leadership

  • Experience selling or prospecting for a SaaS or technology product

  • High activity mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized accountable and able to work with urgency

  • Must be local to the King of Prussia area or within a commutable distance

KPIs for Success

  • Five to six meetings booked per month with target enterprise leaders

  • Consistent weekly outbound activity across key accounts

  • Strong collaboration and consistent communication with sales leadership

  • Supporting event and conference follow-up that generates qualified meetings
