Find out more about us on the Regional Nespresso Training Manager for Southeast Asia (SEA)you will play a key role in aligning learning strategies with Nespressos business priorities across SEA. The role is responsible for localizing and implementing Customer Facing Learning (CFL) strategies based on the global framework from Nespresso HQ ensuring they meet both current and future business needs. By strengthening customer-facing capabilities this role supports the achievement of business objectives across the Nespresso SEA markets. This role would also need to support markets Learning & Development (L&D) needs and assume the role of an internal L&D consultant to all stakeholders.
