Job Summary
Fredley Group of Companies brought to the Philippines different international brands such as Macao Imperial Tea Nabe Japanese Izakaya & Hotpot New York Fries & Dips and Cafe Kitsune.

TALENT AQUISITION ASSOCIATE
Position Summary
Responsible to assist the talent and culture team; end to end recruitment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracker and or Employee Database.
- Handles the hiring of Associate level and Store-based positions (end to end).
- Monitor the performance evaluation of employees under training and probationary employment.
- Assist in strategic planning and sourcing of candidates - increase the visibility in social media platforms.
- Foster long-term relationships with the candidates.
- Helps the Franchisees on hiring by forwarding received resumes.
- Any related assignments
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent is required
Work Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Preferably in the field of Food and Restaurant Services
Relevant Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- People-person
- Experienced in doing massive hiring for the store-based position
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino both written and verbal another language/s is a plus
Working Conditions
- Amenable to work from Mondays- Fridays in Biak na Bato Quezon City.
- Can start immediately
