Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Hotel Client Advisor with German and English language skills to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. This role offers the unique opportunity to work from home within Bulgaria while providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking luxury hotel clients addressing inquiries requests and concerns
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to ensure an unforgettable guest experience
- Manage reservations special requests and VIP arrangements for high-profile clients
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and exceed expectations
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance future stays
- Stay updated on hotel offerings local attractions and exclusive experiences to provide expert advice
- Contribute to the development of customer service strategies to elevate the guest experience
Qualifications :
- Fluency in German and English language(B2H/C1)
- BPO experience is mandatory
- Experience in hospitality is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse client needs
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home office environment
