An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to join our this role youll design and deliver engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives for Accor Pacific working closely with the Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific (MEA APAC) hub. Youll lead strategic marketing efforts aimed at boosting topline performance increasing direct bookings strengthening loyalty contribution and enhancing brand awareness across the portfolio.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Driving strategic marketing strategies to boost direct bookings loyalty and market performance for ALL Accor.
- Leading and implementing marketing campaigns across media channels in collaboration with regional and partnership teams.
- Creating and delivering impactful messaging strategies for key brand and tourism partnerships (e.g. Tourism NZ TVNZ) engaging diverse customer segments across the Pacific.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials securing required approvals and maintaining alignment with Accor brand standards.
- Collaborating with communications and digital teams to amplify brand visibility and engagement through social media and PR activities.
- Supporting the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across the Pacific region leveraging insights from in-hotel and owned media channels to enhance targeting and performance.
Qualifications :
What we need from you
- Minimum of 5 years experience in brand and/or marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Office PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skilled in navigating and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- A genuine passion for hotel operations and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make informed decisions and understand commercial outcomes.
- Strategic thinker capable of planning and executing initiatives over the medium to long term.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment with broad responsibilities.
