- Industry exposure in applying AI tools and models to real-world operational challenges 実務でのAIツール活用経験
- Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks LLM technologies and automation pipelines 最新のAI/MLフレームワークやLLM技術に精通している方
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable and maintainable AI-powered solutions ビジネス課題をスケーラブルなAIソリューションに変換できる能力
Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
- Design develop and deploy AI/ML solutions チーム運営を最適化するためのAI/MLソリューションを設計開発導入
- Implement automation solutions leveraging LLM models 内部ツールを活用した自動化ソリューションの実装
- Apply MCP concepts in practical projects MCP概念を実際のプロジェクトに適用し堅牢で拡張可能な実装を実現
- Stay updated on the latest AI tools frameworks and trends 最新のAIツールやトレンドを常に把握し業務効率を向上
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し既存ワークフローにAI最適化を統合
Minimum Qualifications / 応募資格
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Technology Engineering Mathematics または同等の実務経験
- 4 years of experience in Go Python or similar languages
- Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience 実務でのAI/MLエンジニアリング経験
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in public cloud (AWS preferred) Kubernetes Terraform クラウド技術やIaCの経験
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- Proven track record of both independent and collaborative impact 独立してもチームでも成果を出せる方
