Who You Are
You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to learn the valuation process timing and assumption. Plus youll be a member of a small collaborative team and you will learn to manage the evaluation process and reports.
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in architecture engineering or economics
- 1/3 years experience in RE field
- Strong interest in the Real Estate field
- Familiar with evaluation process
- B2 English level
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
- Good attitude to teamwork
- Available for inspections throughout Italy
- Nice to have: reporting activity experience
