The Junior Key Account Manager International supports the management and development of strategic clients across international markets. Working closely with the commercial team this role contributes to business growth client relationship management and the execution of international sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in the daily management of international clients.
- Manage operational activities related to orders contracts and commercial documentation.
- Monitor sales performance forecasts and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Prepare commercial offers market analyses and reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing supply chain customer service finance) to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends competitors and business opportunities in target countries.
- Participate in client meetings trade fairs and international business trips when required.
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and growth plans for key accounts.
Qualifications :
You are the right fit if you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing International Relations Languages or a related field.
- Previous internship or short work experience in sales account management or customercare roles is a plus.
- Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- A strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in sales and client development.
- Curiosity willingness to learn and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Organized reliable and attentive to detail.
