Job Summary
Your Impact
- Lead strategic processes and deep-dive projects across the organization.
- Develop business cases and decision-making documentation for investments and growth initiatives.
- Actively contribute to organizational strategy discussions and support M&A projects.
- Oversee Finance and business process management ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
- Present financial performance (actuals forecasts budgets KPIs) and advise management on financial matters.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting quality and transparency.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 7 years experience in consulting strategy corporate finance controlling business development or audit.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in financial analysis and modeling is an advantage.
