Who are you:
A natural collaborator and communicator: youare able todevelop and present design ideas in a large team environment.
Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.
You possess strong experience and interaction design skills as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.
You have an affinity for consistency and a keen eye for subtle details.
Youare able tograsp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean focused understandable solutions.
Youllwork closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.
You should bea self-starter self-motivated able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
Work Experience and Qualifications
Solid corporatework experience with a focus on software design across a variety of platforms.
A great eye for detaildemonstratedcreative and innovative problem-solving skills.
Experiencedesigning UI products from conception to completionfrom the discovery through to the development process.
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches wireframes high fidelity comps and prototypes.
Able to functionbothindependently and inteamenvironment with solid collaboration skills.
Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process motivated by group critique.
Excellent communication skills withabilityto articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.
BachelorsDegree in Human ComputerInteraction Graphic Design MediaArtsor other relevant experience.
Experience designing and prototyping inFigma.
Experience in mobile app andcomponentdesign.
Experience indesigning foraccessibility.
You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.
