Job Summary

Were looking for a HVAC Sales Representative who will take charge of the companys partner network in Bulgaria and drive success in the HVAC market. If you have strong industry experience technical expertise and a passion for building relationships this is your opportunity to shine!
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the existing channel partner network
- Build strategic relationships with installers designers and key accounts
- Provide technical solutions and consultancy for VRF projects
- Support sales of VRF systems RAC Heat Pumps and all available HVAC portfolio
- Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring growth and customer satisfaction
Additional Information
This position is eligible for a company car laptop and mobile phone
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- University degree in HVAC engineering or other relevant field would be considered a plus
- 2 years of previous professional experience in the HVAC sector preferably as a Sales Representative
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VRF systems
- Technical understanding and ability to consult on projects
- Excellent communication negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Good organizational skills high level of responsibility
- Proactive personality ability to prioritize the workload good time-management multitasking
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Driving license
