We are seeking a motivated SMSF Client Service Officer to join our inclusive and friendly team at MS Group. This role offers flexibility to work across both our Kyabram and Shepparton offices.
This role is perfect for a school leaver with an interest in numbers accounting and finance!
As an SMSF Client Service Officer you will work closely with our SMSF Accounting Assistant and Accountants to manage the administration of self-managed superannuation funds ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with investments transactions dividend reinvestments and fund banking
- Process data feeds dividend notices and tax statements
- Prepare payments and manage superfund bank accounts
- Generate client correspondence reports and billing
- Provide client support via phone or in-person
- Maintaining scanning and filing client documentation
- Assist in preparation and compilation of client information and financial reports
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft programs and computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
