Sectra is looking for Technical Engineers who are passionate about technology enjoy solving complex problems and want to support systems that directly improve patient care. Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United this role you will help keep these systems stable secure and high performing. You will receive structured onboarding and technical training before joining a customer portfolio team where you will support real world healthcare environments.

What you will do
- Support customer environments by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Investigate system behavior by analyzing logs and identifying patterns that require long term solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to coordinate fixes and improvements
- Support implementations for new customers by assisting with system configuration and basic integration work
- Work closely with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows and technical requirements
- Build long term relationships with customers and serve as a reliable technical contact for your assigned portfolio
- Participate in an after hours support rotation once fully trained
