The Department of Psychology is looking for a team-oriented customer-focused staff member to help support our faculty staff postdocs graduate students undergraduate students and visitors. The position serves as the primary operations contact for the department providing critical assistance to both departmental and building operations. Responsibilities include managing mail and packages copiers supplies exam materials keys and other duties.
This position is also the frontline for helping coordinate building work orders and repairs tracking projects preparing spaces and scheduling with trades as needed. Building or maintenance experience is not needed. Additional duties include serving as backup for a number of functions in the department.
Hours generally scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
The work schedule has a small window of flexibility for start and end times.
