Are you ready to broaden your impact and take the next step in your career As an STA Program Management Support Officer you will play a key role in supporting strategic programs that shape the future of ING. This is an opportunity to leverage your knowledge of our organization and grow your skills in program and project management.
Why this role
You already know INGs culture and way of this role youll use that experience to bring structure clarity and coordination to complex initiatives. Youll work closely with program managers and stakeholders across the bank ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
What you will do
- Support program and project managers with planning progress tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings including agendas minutes and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation dashboards and KPI overviews.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks and help develop solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
Your profile
- You have experience within ING and understand our processes and culture.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Prince2) is a plus.
- Comfortable using tools such as MS Office SharePoint and preferably Jira/Confluence.
