About the team:

Located within the Office of the CEO the SAP Transformation Office drives execution and transformation of the companys strategy to build tomorrows SAP. We are devoted to the mission of helping customers succeed on their transformation by sharing SAPs own transformation journey. We lead the Transformation Business Network and serve as a knowledge hub facilitate Peer2Peer Exchange in various formats as well as events.

To ensure our success we are structured in following focus areas:

Experience (incl. Creative Design Communication & Events Measurement & Reporting)

What are we doing:
Organize transformational exchanges to share SAPs transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach Techniques Learnings Decision Criteria) with customers and internally

Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before during and after the sales process
Identify transformation stories generate the content and create presentation materials like storyboards speaker notes and videos
Generate various other communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP
Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become CTO speakers
Monitor and measure key KPIs to keep track of our activities and create reports

What youll do:
Position title: Digital Innovator Internship @ Customer Transformation Group (CTG)

Work Area: Administration
Location: Barcelona (hybrid office & remote)
Expected start date: As soon as possible

In this role youll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in creating digital content across different formats which includes:
Develop low-code applications and microsites
Create innovative multimedia assets for internal and external use (depending on your expertise for example: engaging and interactive presentations videos visual designs 3D motion graphics etc.)

Become our innovative mind who creates a unique experience using new tools and approaches based on expert knowledge about SAPs brand guidelines
Work hand-in-hand with our content management marketing experts and leadership team to realize a joint vision
Actively participate in creating testing and sharing new and better tools methods and best practices for content creation

Who you are:
You are a student in a program related to one or several of the following options: computer science business information/data management UX/UI (with some coding) communications media 3D VR or motion graphic design. Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.- Digital enthusiast
You have good knowledge of digital tools low-code coding visual and graphic design video editing. You are eager to create new experiences for the user.
- Problem-Solver
Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple understandable and well-designed visuals

Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of or eagerness to learn digital tools such as: Power Apps PowerBI Timesites SharePoint and other low-code digital tools
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Advanced knowledge of basic Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong project management skills
- 3D Software (Blender or others) would be a plus
- Good coding skills is a plus
- Any new content creation tools or AI knowledge is a plus
- Language skills: fluent in English. Spanish or German is a plus

Soft Skills:
- Structured and goal-oriented approach- Creative and innovative mindset with the willingness to keep learning every day and try something new
- Flexibility and able to handle multitasking
- Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
