Main Mission
As a Sales Junior you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities qualifying leads and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. You will identify potential clients initiate contact and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment. This junior intern role is ideal for someone looking to learn in a dynamic sales environment and gain hands-on experience in client-facing operations.
Responsibilities and Activities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone email and social media to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential for conversion.
Prepare and customize commercial proposals and client presentations.
Manage your pipeline priorities and daily schedule independently.
Analyze your sales activity suggest the action plan and prepare business review based on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data.
Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure timely responses and document collection.
Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings calls and product demonstrations.
Participate in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.
Coordinate client requirements with operations team before handoff.
Stay informed about product updates industry trends and competitor activities.

Profile Required
Education: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Experience: 0-1 years in sales customer service or commercial support.
Technical Skills:
Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills.
Ability to build and present financial proposals with ROI analysis.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365 Salesforce or similar platforms).
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
Understanding brand activation and experiential marketing is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Clear and effective communication assertiveness convey ideas updates and expectations clearly to clients and team members.
Assertiveness in driving deals forward while maintaining relationship quality
Team collaboration: work effectively with Account Managers and operations team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Fluent in English & Spanish (written spoken and read).
