Job Summary

Job Title: Medical Director - OB/GYN

Join a respected Catholic health system as the OB/GYN Medical Director for our Womens Health Program at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio. This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining full-time clinical practice with strategic leadership in one of the Midwests leading health institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide full-time clinical care (office surgery and deliveries) while guiding the clinical and strategic development of the womens health program.
Deliver at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU 1600 deliveries per year).
Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Womens Health service line on Cincinnatis east side.
Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes patient satisfaction and growth.
Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers fostering excellence and teamwork.
Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati.
Maintain a balanced MondayFriday schedule including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties.
Participate in shared 1:6 call rotation.

Qualifications:

Board Certified in OB/GYN REQUIRED
Active Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience REQUIRED
Leadership experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
Clean malpractice and license history HIGHLY PREFERRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certified in OB/GYN
Active OH license (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
