Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Medical Director in Cincinnati OH
Join an esteemed healthcare system as an OB/GYN Medical Director at a leading hospital in Cincinnati Ohio. This dual-role opportunity allows you to engage in full-time clinical practice while also providing strategic leadership in a respected Catholic health system. The facility is equipped with a Level II NICU and handles approximately 1600 deliveries annually offering a rich environment for professional growth and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time clinical care including office visits surgeries and deliveries.
- Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Womens Health service line.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork.
- Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine support.
- Maintain a balanced MondayFriday schedule with dedicated leadership time.
- Participate in a shared 1:6 call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN.
- Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN experience required.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
