- Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers and present their homes key features and our unique selling proposition
- Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations
- Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly
- Manage all seller communication through our CRM
- Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months
- Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing
- Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity
- Actively promote yourself and our team on social media
- Attend scheduled training
