What youll be doing
Youll be joining CIBCs Cloud Engineering & Transformation team as a Senior Communications this role youll be a seasoned expert responsible for the management of internal or external communication plans supporting the development of the brand to enhance client experience and deepen relationships with target segments. Youll work with minimal direction using deep knowledge in your field of expertise and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners to lead the development of effective communication materials and vehicles. The role uses significant latitude in determining objectives acting as lead subject matter expert in projects related to employee communication. The role exercises considerable judgement for decision making on complex issues that impact projects. The role often operates in ambiguous situations and provides innovative original ideas accountable to broadly defined policy role is critical to the success of the program and the Cloud Engineering & Transformation teams ability to deliver on its objectives in a high-stakes dynamic environment.
