To build our team we are looking for Hygiene Operatives to join our expanding site in Buckingham.

Your Mission

In this essential role youll be responsible for keeping our equipment machinery and workspaces impeccably clean meeting the rigorous hygiene standards of the food industry. Youll work with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment toFood SafetyandHealth & Safetyat all times.

What you will do

Using your passion for quality and collaboration you will:

• Championing Cleanliness:Follow structured cleaning schedules and SOPs to ensure all equipment machinery and zones are spotless and food-safe.
• Protecting Food Safety:Handle allergens and raw materials with care ensuring zero cross-contamination and full compliance with hygiene standards.
• Quality & Compliance:Carry out traceability checks surface swabs and support audits to keep us inspection-ready at all times.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with Production Quality Engineering and R&D teams to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
• Safety First:Use chemicals safely follow health and safety protocols and help train new team members to uphold our hygiene excellence.
