What Youll Do:

Lead motivate and support your team in content review and trust & safety operations
Monitor KPIs coach team members and foster a positive performance-driven culture
Ensure content meets policy guidelines and community standards
Liaise with management sharing feedback and best practices
Provide hands-on training during a comprehensive 4-week onboarding

Who You Are:

Fluent in Polish and English (spoken & written)
Previous experience in a team lead or coaching role (content moderation or customer service preferred)
Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills
Approachable empathetic and team-focused
Ready for a fast-paced international environment
