NTAQ is entering an exciting phase of innovation and strategic diversification and we are looking for an adaptablePeople & Culture Manager who is ready to help shape our future. As we continue to evolve as a leading tourism and conservation-focused organisation you will play a key role in advancing our people agenda while embedding a culture that supports our mission and commercial success.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the P&C function and lead a dedicated team. As a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across NTAQ you will provide pragmatic commercially aligned people solutions that support workforce priorities and organisational objectives.

In this role you will bring strong ER/IR acumen confidently navigating complex issues modern awards legislative requirements and organisational and systems change. You will guide leaders through an evolving landscape building capability resolving issues early and supporting positive values-driven outcomes. As an experienced HR professional you will provide practical guidance across award interpretation performance management investigations and workforce planning ensuring high-quality advice and support to managers and teams.

As an approachable People & Culture professional you will be hands-on in all aspects of HR operations and with your knowledge support streamlining recruitment onboarding and talent management processes and embed efficient workflows and systems across the P&C function and support key projects including HCM rollout.

Forward-looking and innovative and a people-person you will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement wellbeing and organisational culture. You will help shape progressive HR policies mentor and coach P&C teams and embed capability that supports the organisations growth mission and long-term success.

About You
With a solid background across human resources and experience leading a HR team. You will thrive here if you:

  • Have strong ER/IR capability and can confidently guide leaders through complex matters
  • Enjoy leading and developing a small team to deliver high-quality responsive P&C services

  • Solid experience in a People & Culture leadership role
